Trust can’t be bought. It must be earned. To earn the trust, you have to be successful. To be successful, you need to be trusted.

To be successful & trusted, you need to be consistent. To be consistent, you have to do what you said you would do, how you said you would do it, by when you said you would do it.

Say what you mean, mean what you say, but don’t just say it, mean it.
